  1. Return Time

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return or request an exchange.

  1. Return Conditions

For a product to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in perfect condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned with the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • Leather being a natural material, variations in texture or color may occur and are not considered defects. These variations are part of the beauty of the product and do not justify a return.
  1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with a quick solution, either a replacement or a refund, without return costs.

  1. Personalized or Custom Products

Customized (engravings, specific colors, sizes on request) or customized products cannot be returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • We will provide you with a return form with detailed instructions on how to return the product to us.
  • You will be responsible for return fees, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  1. Refund

Once the return has been validated and the product is received in its original condition, we will make a full refund on the original payment method, within 5 to 7 working days.

  1. Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, contact our customer service to find out if the desired item is in stock. If the exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement product once the return is made.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return

Products that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above will not be accepted, including:

  • Products that have been used, worn or damaged.
  • ⁠- Products that are not in their original condition or whose packaging has been opened or altered.
  1. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for taking care of the product during the return period and packing it properly to avoid damage during transport. Items damaged on return will not be accepted.
